How this audience differs
Every other folder in this repo demos to someone who wants to see their own data. This audience is deciding what to build and what to teach, and some of the room starts from “AI is bad.” So the deck leads with digital sovereignty as the frame, treats the tools as one piece of civic capacity, and ends with an ask to co-author curriculum rather than an ask to adopt a tool.
